Technical Knowledge: T-SQL; SQL Server 2005, Relational database concepts. Purpose of the role – Support Marketing ODS department on database related projects. Support data reporting/analysis requirements from business managers. Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured: Design and write high quality optimized SQL code for research and analysis Understand business requirements and convert it into quality SQL code for Database specific project. Must have good experience with Transact SQL programming. Ability to document process, code, and produce technical documentation when required. This is not a development environment – rather a high paced environment, requires rapid turn around and quick understanding on business process. A good candidate would have worked in similar environment supporting business managers/analysts from database side, should be able to fetch data quickly and be creative with database in getting results/report.
