*Role: SOA Architect*

*Duration: 12 months*

*Location: Chicago, IL *

*Rate: $80/hr C2C MAX*

*Min Exp: 10yrs*

*Scanned copy of work authorization and Photo ID are must during submission*



*SOA Solution Architect*

Candidate will collaborate with the *department Lead Architect and the
Enterprise SOA* group on the design and implementation of the service
platform.

*Knowledge/Skills:*
The candidate we’re looking for will have the following characteristics:
• Understanding of *Service Oriented Architecture* and the development of
enterprise wide services
• Experience with an *Enterprise Service Bus best practices*
• Familiar with *SOAP web services*
• Familiar with test driven development application team
• Previous experience in an *Agile development team*
• Java development skills tailored to *cloud design and development best
practices*
• Experience in developing highly scalable and multi-threaded applications.
• Experience in rapid application development groups

*Technical Skills:*
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work
experience
• 5+ years experience in *Java including Object Oriented software designs
and concepts*
• 3+ years experience in *enterprise messaging, internet messaging, and web
service and xml technologies*
• Experience in *ANT, Maven, Junit, Eclipse and XML Spy*
• 3+ years experience with *Oracle and PL/SQL. Must be aware of the Kimball
methodology*.
