development using Java and related technologies to join our team in the
Digital and Cloud Based Services Group.

·  If you are a highly-skilled software developer, looking for work
that will challenge your skills and build experience with advanced
application architectures,

Key responsibilities include: * Review and analyze user stories and
requirements * Propose, design, estimate and implement solutions that meet
user stories and requirements

·  Write production quality user interface code using a variety of
web technologies

·  Provide the software development and product management teams
with feedback on the product (manageability, supportability, robustness,
functionality, etc.)

·  Design, build, configure, test, and document production quality
software on an iterative basis

·  Participate in requirements analysis, brainstorming, design and
implementation of new software * Work in a Linux product development
environment, adhering to software development and source control processes

Position: *HR Analytics ETL Lead
Duration: Long Term
location: Boston, MA
Rate: DOE

*Must have*

·Actual experience with bringing PeopleSoft HRMS data into OBI Apps
HR analytics warehouse

·Hands-on product experience with Informatica 8.6. or higher, and
DAC product, including Installation and Performance tuning

·Work experience with bringing data from multiple sources, into the
OBIA warehouse

·Working knowledge of HR Analytics star schemas, including HR
Analytics “hierarchy” object data loading / modification to ETL logic, etc.

·Strong SQL knowledge



*Nice to have*

·PeopleSoft HRMS data modeling experience

·Working knowledge of the MDM product

Installation and setup of all OBIEE and OBI apps components





*Resource: *BI Applications ETL architect
with experience implementing HR Analytics

*Involvement: *Engagement to begin Mid July
2011 and run until an estimated date of September 2011 with possibility of
extension.
