tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews
project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and
reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to
project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions
of problems. Incumbent might also be company's expert on specific
technologies. This project involves migrating 180+ million documents
from OnBase and Process 360 to OpenText. Existing and new workflow design in
OpenText will be part of the build out as well. Responsibilities include
initiation, planning, execution, monitor/control, and close-out of programs,
customer interface, customer review meetings, proposal development, and
subcontract management. Ability to manage multiple swim lanes across IT
and Business to align the delivery of a complex IT systems with business
processes and federal compliance requirements. The PM will be part of a
PMO team responsible for all aspects of IT project governance, assessment,

Continuity Planning, including but not limited to, OpsPlanner ongoing training
and configuration, BIA reviews and workshops, Technology DR templates and
documentation, plan tracking by agency, and involvement with agency planning as
needed. This candidate will work on multiple critical projects and reports to
Deputy Director\CISO. Responsibilities:• Subject Matter Expert in
Business Continuity Planning OpsPlanner• Oversee COOP/COG Planners
for all agencies without direction• Improve risk management criteria for
prioritization and restoration of critical services• Build and maintain
positive relationships with all levels of management and across all state
agencies• Administration and configuration of OpsPlanner•
Facilitate OpsPlanner training, as required.• Develop and perform
Quality Assurance and Audits for optimal recovery solutions and planning•
Facilitate meetings with users and business owners to determine needs and
risks as they relate to COOP/COG.• Conduct Business Impact Analysis
(BIA) reviews for agencies. • Prepare and present recommendations and status
to State of Iowa Executives.• Experience and knowledge of state
government and organizational structure.• Demonstrated ability to meet
and exceed expectations• Recognized ability to produce and drive
results• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
