MCTS, MCP: Web Application Development, SharePoint

Prior knowledge or experience in Intranet Site creation/development.
Presentation skills and strong verbal communication.
Strong problem solving skills.

*Required skills:*

• Proven leadership skills

• Ability to absorb and adapt to LPL software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical groups on a
regular basis to maintain transparency on work efforts and to ensure design
and implementation is understood by all team participants

• Ability to facilitate discussion among people to lead to consensus

• Willingness to maintain and improve existing applications as well as
write new applications

• Ability to work with QA to define test plans and test cases

 *Job Requirements: *

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related area

• At least 2 years of experience working as a technical lead for an Oracle
application development group

• At least 5 years of experience with *Mantas *

• At least 7 years of experience with Oracle forms and reports

• At least 7 years of experience with Oracle database, SQL/PL-SQL

• Solid background with UNIX system and should be very comfortable with

• Familiarity with XML and web services is good to have but not mandatory

• Some knowledge of the brokerage industry is a must for this position
