• Communication is good

• This guy has minimal knowledge implementing the automation test
framework (esp. from the scratch)

• Though he has hands on in testing but surely not up to the mark
as QA lead role.

• Though he claimed, he is lead QA, he has no clue on *Kanban
dashboard*. Which is the back throb of QA to track & report USs.

*Skills/ Experience Required:*

• Test Planning, Automation framework implementation and Test
Strategy.



*Hands-on:* Selenium, *Angular JS*, UI Experience, Java, test automation,
internet websites (or public apps).

• Experience testing RESTful APIs with the appropriate tools.

• Sharing weekly (live) status report from the tools which
he/she has used to IT & stakeholders

*•  09-10 years’ experience and at least 2 years in leading QA and
Automation.*
