*Direct Client requirement!!* *Position:* Scrum master/Project Manager *Duration:* 4-6 months *Location:* Bay Area,CA *Scrum Master/Project Manager with at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager and at least 1 years SCRUM experience is sought. *You will deliver design and development projects on time, project manage teams of up to 8 people, manage customer, third party and vendor relationships as necessary, create and track project plans and generally manage the multiple elements that come together to launch a new product. Bachelors Degree and strong Project Management experience using a formal software development lifecycle *(Agile/SCRUM)* is required. Demonstrate leadership capacity in multi-disciplinary environments (technology, user experience, design) and will have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent organization skills. *Responsibilities* The Project Manager will provide hands-on work as the Scrum Master for project teams. S/he will also work with Program Managers to resolve impediments and to manage workload and availability of resources. The teams are both located onsite and are geographically dispersed (including international offices). Manages Sprints and Development team execution and efforts for all assigned projects, including Dependency Management. Plays the role of the overall Scrum Master, promoting the methodology to all team members. Leads and organizes system change request(s) and bug tracking, as well as general Software Development Team Project Management reporting.
