*Senior ETL Developer*

*Location: *Washington, DC

*Essential Functions*

· Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and
supporting ETL workflow processes for data warehousing application or data
integration projects.

· Identifies data transformation and cleansing rules

· Maps source and target data

· Develops data warehousing and data mart designs and
implementations across multiple platforms and computing environments.

· Participates in the project planning process as a team member
and/or project lead.

· Provides technical coaching and mentoring to less-experienced
team members.



*Requirements*

· Minimum of eight years hands-on experience in developing ETL
workflows using Informatica PowerCenter Product suite

· Solid understanding of database, data mart, and data warehouse
architecture

· Excellent working knowledge of RDBMS and other data technologies
(Oracle, Sql Server and DB2)

· Detailed knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Mart physical RDBMS
schema

· Detailed knowledge of Database and physical RDBMS schema

· Strong Development Life Cycle Methodology experience

· Experience with tools to implement data cleansing, transformation
strategies



*Preferred*

Experience with Informatica Identity Resolution (IIR) tool

*Job Description:*

The IT Consultant Associate for Production Support will be responsible for
contributing to and leading a team of Informatica developers for on-call
application and ETL support. He/She must have prior hands-on experience
designing and developing ETL solutions for successful enterprise data
warehousing projects as well as supporting enterprise-level ETL
applications and EDW solutions in an operational setup. He/She will
prioritize  resolve issues along with providing subject matter expertise
for production processes. IT Consultant Associate will interact with other
teams as well as with business associates, in order to provide necessary
service for ETL load.

 *Top Three Technical Skills/Experience:*

   - 5 - 7 years of Informatica 9.x or above
   - 5 - 7 years  of Oracle 10g, Toad or above
   - 3 - 5 years of Unix Shell Scripting
