Therefore it is possible that the description textbox is hidden, while the help text advises the user to enter it. See attached screenshot. This does not really make sense, since the user has to jump from tab 1 to tab 3 in the first place, then fill in all the findings into tab 2 and at the end get back to tab 3. I see two possible fixes here: 1.) We simply interchange tab 3 with tab 2 2.) We outsource the general impression in a separate tab and put it between the current tab 1 and tab 2. We could display the input field for the comments etc. in both the then-new tab2 and tab 4. Unfortunately, when not entering anything but clicking our of this field, then the text stays there and could be accidentally saved. Suggested fix: If the user did not alter the sample text and the input area has lost its focus, remove the text again.
