Doesn't look too much different to me. The reviews/diff pages which
are what I look at the most, seem mostly different other than a few
border changes.

Believe it or not, this has never come up before, despite all the Windows
users.

You can name the file something in your text editor and then rename it on
the command line to ".reviewboardrc"

post-review issue with .reviewboardrc file on windows (clearcase as SCM)

2012-09-28 Thread Amit Priyadarshi
Hi All,

I wanted to use reviewboard with clearcase and we have dynamic views on
windows machine.
I installed reviewboard and then tried to use post-review.
However I run into an error:
"Unable to find a Review Board server for this source code tree."

When i had a quick look at code
http://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/source/browse/trunk/reviewboard/contrib/tools/post-review?spec=svn1812&r=1812

it seems it looks for some .reviewboardrc file.
I have a windows box and we cannot have such a file name?
do we have a patch already for this?

Re: Parent Dif - Options

2012-09-28 Thread Christian Hammond
Hi Siva,

I recommend you use our post-review tool or the third-party 'hg
post-review' to post review requests instead of filling in this form.

To answer your question, though, Parent Diff is optional and only needed if
you want to show a diff that's on top of commits that don't exist in the
central repository.
