I'm not affiliated with Review Board but I'm willing to help if you're
patient enough :D. I do have a couple svn repos setup on my instance, but
it is pretty odd that it doesn't even give you the option.
I see a bunch of options from the "Repository type" dropdown.
I'm pretty sure I'm using subvertpy though, would you be willing to try
installing that?
