Hi Pablo,

Sounds like an installation error. The hosting services aren't registered
for some reason.

For GitHub Enterprise with Bitnami, make sure you're using their Review
Board + Power Pack installer:

https://bitnami.com/stack/reviewboard-plus-powerpack

That's the version that will contain GitHub Enterprise support. If you're
still seeing an empty drop down, you'll need to contact Bitnami, as it
means there's a bug with their stack.
