Final set of information until some of this madness can be processed. I recognized the failure in the previous comment was from pysvn. I knew that previously I did not have problems with pysvn so I decided to login to the wwwrun and manually try pysvn again. While doing so, I was asked to accept the host and successfully connected. After this, I attempted to add the the repository through reviewboard and it worked. (It seems the problem may have been that reviewboard neglected to ask me for the key? As after doing a connection with pysvn and accepting it worked...)
