We are seeing the same error here, about daily. We have to restart Apache  
to resolve it. Based on the Ubuntu bug report here:  
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssl/+bug/795355 we are  
switching to apache2-mpm-prefork instead of worker. Will report back if we  
see the issue again.

running fine.


I access reviewboard from Google Chrome browser Version 19.0.1084.56
from a VMware virtual machine running on Mac using VMware Fusion.
