What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a review request 2. Crete a review in response (reviewer) 3. Go to view the review (original requester). Click on a hyperlink to a code anchor which appears about the review comment collation. Link will take you to the top of the page not the anchor in question. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to be taken to the point in the code where the comment was placed. What operating system are you using? What browser?
