Just to be clear, it started with GIMP but then Nmap and then VLC...

... I have no grudge with SourceForge and I don't want to see

offering Opt-Ins from now on:

None that I am aware of.

I agree as the issue does not affect us. We'll obviously review the 
situation when necessary though.
