Ok folks, the GPL v3 is now official.  We're going to move to it, 
effective immediately, unless there are any objections.  So if anyone

I read it, and it annoys me. But mainly that's because it reads like too 
many cooks were in the kitchen. I can't wait for version 3.1. But I guess 
it'll do for now.
