* rename dummy function from foo to templatestrings since xgettext will put it 
into the po's
* add 'i18n' target to buildpackages to call webcit with -G and invoke 
create-pot.sh
* refresh .po's, some new strings in the funnambol section, some strings 
weren't detected in the templates, but many of them still were in the tail of 
the po's so hopefully they're re-used.

Ok, that should fix the remaining untranslated texts. Sorry for causing
inconvenience.  

Ig, if yu rebuild the msgformart files, please use './buildpackages i18n' pay
attention that webcit will find a fresh copy of the templates in its static
directory. Please recheck that there realy are strings inside of the
generated 'c' file.  

Mcbrittmatt, please pay attention that you i18n enable your templates. have a
look at the delta i've commited to the funnambol page as example.
