I though about a few days ago and with bodhi package maintainer could
control if is on testing or not, if workflow as is , we have to think
all as stable. 
Example : my packages on Fedora proper gammu and wammu, we have a new
version, I can build for all branches safely and think that packages
may stay in testing a very long time .

RPM Fusion for Fedora 25 is signed

Hello,

With the release of Fedora 25 alpha today I'd like to mention that our
repository in now signed for fedora 25. Signed packages have been
pushed few hours ago (so mirrors are going to sync for few hours
still).

As a side effect, packages built for the f25-free and f25-nonfree
target won't appear in the new buildroot automatically. This could be
implemented using koji (see
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4226 ) instead of bodhi
. That makes me wonder if there is really a need to implement bodhi
for updates, or if the 3/ 4 days before to push can hold the workflow
as it is ?

Fedora can redistribute this package, but it needs ffmpeg which we can't
redistribute in Fedora.

This is different things.

How I can edit my description ?

If I can't:

- Why this package is not eligible to be included in Fedora?
Because of ffms2 which is depending of ffmpeg.

- rpmlint:

-> I assume this typo because it stands for processing and preprocessing

The problem is that this version should be removed. This is an old unmaintened
project.
I already tried to contact maintainer with no success.

The new version, 0.9 is therefore a new born, and only this one should be
considered. The 0.8 version is not supported by the author since 2005!!!

Siril is already in Fedora proper:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/siril/

As you can see the Fedora version is still maintained (neither orphaned or
retired).

In PRM Fusion we do not accept packages that override Fedora packages (or that
can go into Fedora proper). 

You should really ask the current maintainer to update siril in Fedora.

If you want to submit a siril-freeworld package that provides additional
capabilities (i.e. that depends on RPM Fusion packages), it must not conflict
with the Fedora package.

I don't host there package.

I don't see problem in redistributing source code of completely free package.
It depends on ffmpeg, but there is no patented code inside, so it's totally
fine to host srpm there.
