[rt-users] Group Rights
All, Are group rights Additive? We have a Group that contains other groups with certain granted rights, we would like to give one of the included groups the ability to mange users. Will RT grant all the rights allowed in the Containing group as well as those assigned directly to the group? [rt-users] Get and Set per User CustomFields
Hello all! Currently looking at setting a isVP custom field for our RT users, this custom field will be used to prepend [VP] to ticket subject onCreate. We are using RT 4.0.4, currently familiar with getting/setting Ticket Customfields via Scrip and external Script, but not sure how User custom fields are handled. Will be running through all users and setting the customfield as required, also looking to add it as part of User creation.
