If I recall correctly, you can change the name of the subject change 
scrip (say to 1changesubject) and of the notify cc (say to 2notifycc) 
and the subject change scrip will run first.  Alternatively, You play 
with TransactionBatch stage and see if that does what you want.

I'm creating a custom action and I need to use another pre-configured
action, Notify CCs. I didn't find a way to do this.

Really, I need that 'on create' 'modify the ticket subject' and 'send a mail
to CCs whatchers with the new subject'.

Anyone can help-me?
