This position is for an SAP Functional Analyst (GL). The SAP Functional
Analyst is responsible for the analysis, planning, design, development, and

for requested system and process changes.

· Develop and maintain the configuration and functional design
documents and support role based profile changes for the FI/CO module.

· Perform appropriate analysis on the impacts of any changes to the
SAP production system partnering with SAP production support team to
analyze and resolve issues.

· Document, maintain and update system-level customizations as well
as training documentation.

· Prepare test scenarios and write test cases.

· Perform end to end testing.

· Work closely with program and project management teams in
requirements and testing phase to understand business testing requirements,
translate these needs into system requirements.

· Participate in resolution of production problems.

· Act as an SAP FI analyst resource supporting System Integration
Test, User Acceptance Test, data conversion testing, implementation, and
Go-Live support.

Additional responsibilities include batch processing of SAP GL batch
interface files, perform GL PC uploads, process outbound extracts, prepare
test environments based on project requirements, resolve testing defects,
writing of manual scripts.

3. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment providing support to mission
critical ESB issues.
4. Excellent knowledge of Java, ESQL(Extended Structured Query Language),
configurable services and broker configuration and In-depth knowledge of
standards/technologies that enables messaging including XML, JSON, WSDL,
SOAP, HTTP and SSL.
5. Excellent knowledge of Unix/Shell Scripting and job scheduling
procedures.
6. Knowledge and expertise in writing complex queries and stored
procedures.
7. Sound knowledge on MQ protocol, MQ clustering, MQ security, pub sub.
8. Knowledge on API services development and management, expose IIB
services using API gateway.
9. Knowledge of testing tools such as SOAPUI, Rfhutil, Postman, LoadUI etc.
10. Experience using monitoring tools such as QPASA, Omegamon, Appdynamics
11. Experience working in an Agile environment with multiple changing

• Lead ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping project

• Strong hands-on experience in optimizing discovery, tailoring patterns
and development.

• Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow Discovery and
Service Mapping projects involving a variety of enterprise and open source
application server, database, network and operating systems.

• Validating discovery results and troubleshooting as required

• Advise customers on ServiceNow ITOM best practices

• Assist with CMDB Processes and Best Practices

• Guide customer configuration/implementations of the ServiceNow ITOM
Platform

• Provide documentation and updates to NYCHHC ServiceNow Technical Manager.

• Working with all other aspects of the CMDB

• Assist with working tickets in Teams queue



Technical Expertise :

• Knowledge of Operating Systems – Linux/UNIX/Windows/VMware

• Effective troubleshooting skills across datacenter infrastructure
components – Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, Virtualization

• Ability to think analytically about problems and derive conclusions
through research

• Familiarity with systems monitoring, log investigation, and application
awareness

• Familiarity with user administration, Active Directory, LDAP, etc. and
the ability to troubleshoot areas of user access

• Excellent communication skills to provide timely updates on any and all
issues, projects, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with datacenter hardware – servers, network appliances,
backup hardware, etc.
