Rate: $40/HR on C2C (MAX)

 

JD for Business Analyst/Quality Assurance

. Work closely with teams in the identification of business
requirements, functional design, process design

. Analyze business processes, identify potential automation
opportunities, and propose a Plan of RPA strategy.

. Creating the - PDD (Process Description Document), and  SDD (Solution
Design Document) in detail.

. Providing the solution proposal by checking the scalability of the RPA
client architecture from Automation Anywhere

. Updating to RPA stakeholders and other team members during project
delivery

. Work with LOBs in orchestrating Application Test data for testing BOT
script code in lower environments.

. Help with lower env setup and maintenance for all processes.

. 'QA point of contact' for new development as well as Prod support work
streams.

. Provide strong leadership to uphold gating, quality and timeliness of
dependencies

. Be a strong partner with Business counterparts to ensure Business
intent is represented in QA assets

. Be a change agent for quality; drive better quality, not just better
testing

. Provide regular status updates to management and follow approved
escalation paths

. Develop Test effort estimation, Test Strategies, Test Plans for QA on
multiple process automation efforts.

. Review team deliverables for completeness and correctness

. Able to assist with hands-on test execution

. Ensure team follows the defined quality process

. Strategize & manage QA Regression and Automation plans for the team.

. Conduct QA reviews and audits

. Coordinate Test Data and Test Environment management.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the
quality system. Completes professional level engineering assignments related
to a specific field or discipline. Leads and participates in projects
involving the Design,fabrication,validation,and manufacture of complex
instrument subassemblies,systems or processes.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

. Performs assignments of a very complicated or difficult nature
requiring a high degree of technical competence.

. Plans,organizes,and conducts technical projects.

. Consolidates results of design elements of major projects for
purpose of design review.

. Uses engineering principles to conduct technical investigations
involved with the modification of material, component,or process
specifications and requirements.

. Conceives and plans projects to explore product or process
problems, defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or
development of new or improved products or processes Applies the results of
reviews of literature,patents,and current practices to the solution of
current problems.

. Forms and suggests ideas to support the strategic technical
direction of the area,Provide technical guidance to less experienced
engineers, designers,and technicians.

. Formulates detailed plans for execution by other less experienced
engineers.

. Provide input on potential candidates to be hired into the
team,Interface with product team members,PCB designers,manufacturing or
design engineer,R,marketing,regulatory (internal),site
engineering,Instrument Development managers,and operations.

oSynthesizes Proven Approaches: Integrates multiple approaches to solve
problems or optimize solutions in complex or cross functional manufacturing
processes or product designs.

oCreates/Modifies Subsystems Designs for Complex Problems: Integrates
subsystems and components in total systems designs,develops specifications
from customer requirements.

oIntegrates Multiple Project Plans: Establishes and reviews complex
plans for multiple activities/ projects or plans highly complex personal
projects,monitors and takes corrective action for processes and systems.

oTranslates Regulatory Requirements into Validation Process: Creates
efficient protocols for validation of complex system functions and defines
validation process.

oExchanges Information: Exchanges information with appropriate frequency
and within a time frame to maximize its utility and promote cross functional
collaboration,verifies that information is understood by the recipient.

oAdapts Information to Customer Needs: Delivers communications tailored
