*Position: .Net Programmer*

*Location: Pittsburgh, PA*



*Responsibilities:*

• Develop and maintain custom Web applications and interfaces
using VB.NET or C# and ASP.NET and scripting languages like JavaScript,
JQuery to support the efforts of the Strategic Pricing Group

• Responsibilities include full software lifecycle activities,
including project planning, requirements analysis, design, development, and
documentation

• Assist users in defining requirements for projects and
respond in a timely manner to end user support request

• Maintain and expand current .NET applications and upgrades to
the new version of .NET Framework

• Design, debug and support web applications

• Prepare documentations and specifications

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

• Performs other duties as assigned



*Skills and Qualifications:*

• Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET or C# and Visual Studio 2012
or newer, and scripting languages like JavaScript, JQuery

• Familiar with SQL Server database structure used in
supporting web applications

• Database experience is a plus

• VB.NET experience is preferred

• Experience in analysis, development, implementation and
support of business information systems, and direct technical support of
end-users

• Must be able to work within the structure of a systems
development life cycle

• Direct client interaction sometimes required; good
communication skills, both written and oral

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment and be able to meet deadlines

• Must have exceptional work ethic, and positive attitude

• Perform other duties as assigned.



*Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science,
or a related work experience

• 2-4 years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET or C# and Visual
Studio 2012 or newer

• Highly motivated, independent worker

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to develop and execute on detailed design documents
and work plans from high-level requirements and specifications

• Able to work nights and/or weekends as required



*Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:*

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science,
or a related work experience

• Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET or C# and Visual Studio 2012
or newer
