· Minimum 3+ years of Production Support experience

· Ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines is a
must.

· Identifying and resolving technical issues

· Excellent technical skills including strong problem-solving
abilities.

· 24x7 Support experience

· Basic Database / SQL experience

· Experience with Remedy (or similar) ticketing system

· Experience with Splunk for researching transactions in logs

· Duties include:

   - researching provisioning issues to identify resolution work steps;
   - documenting steps required to resolve an issue;
   - executing provided work steps for resolving provisioning issues;
   - mapping issues in tickets to known root causes;

· Ability to work under tight deadlines with a “get the job done”
mindset

· Strong sense of responsibility – willing to take ownership of
issues
