*Job Description- Creation of data products for all consumers – business
users analysts and modelers. Exploreand understand data sets.- Visualize
the data set determine whether the data set has enough information to
answer thequestion that the business is asking.- Work with IT support to
create ETL / ELT interfaces to the data lake and create and visualize
thedata and data products on the data lake- Implement required data
transformation in the data lake- Configure required security and data
masking to a data set- Support testing of data acquisition data set
correlation and / or model development.Investigate and resolve interface
issues- Work with IT to harden and productionize the model model interfaces
and businessprocedures.Requirements:- Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in one of
the following: Engineering Statistical Analytics DataScience or Actuarial
Science.o At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in implementing
data and analytics projects.- The resources must have domain technical
experience in delivering data engineering solutionsusing data lake
technology- Experience with the following: Hadoop (CDH) relational
databases and SQL ETL developmentspark data validation and testing (Data
Warehousing ETL/ELT to the Data Lake Using the DataLake for data analysis
(Hadoop tools – Hive Impala Pig Sqoop Hue Kafka etc. Python R javaDocker
Dakota).- Knowledge of Cloud platform implementation (Azure or Amazon).
Knowledge of datavisualization tools is a plus (Tableau on multiple
platforms along with Python visualization in theData Lake using Pandas and
bokeh packages)- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills a must
as there will be significant collaborationwith the business and IT-
Experience with collaborative development workflows (e.g. Microsoft VSTS
TFS BambooGithub)*

   - Good understanding of clinical data review and analysis for complex
   data collated from various data sources formatted in various industry
   standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, JSON etc.)
   - Understand healthcare data, including clinical data in both
   proprietary and industry standard formats (FHIR, C-CDA etc.) and develop
   mappings / transformation solution between various formats.
   - Understanding of enterprise data management concepts (Data
   Engineering, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Sharing, Data Applications)
   - Expert level skills in SQL, data integration, data modeling and data
   architecture.
   - Hands on Experience with On-Prem (Hadoop, Informatica)  or cloud data
   platform (Snowflake, Azure etc).
   - Experience in building data models, including conceptual, logical, and
   physical for Enterprise Relational/Dimesnsional Databases.
   - Experience with programming scripting and data science languages such
   as Python, UNIX, SQL, Pyspark.
   - Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines using Snowflake
   cloud data technologies.
   - Working knowledge of Big Data concepts, Hadoop environment or cloud
   experience as a developer/engineer like Azure Synapse, Google cloud
   platform



*Qualifications *



   - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related
   quantitative field
   - 3-5 years of relevant experience on Bigdata (OnPrem or Cloud),
   experience with data profiling / mapping tools working in a healthcare data
   management system environment and experience with clinical data code sets /
   standards like HL7, CCDAs or FHIR.
   - Good understanding of various clinical industrial data standards such
   as HL7, FHIR,  JSON
   - Preferred experience in designing and developing clinical reports or
   dashboards using clinical data
   - Good understanding and implementation experience in data architecture,
   data governance, data quality, data modelling, data ingestion, data
   integration, data pipeline and data orchestration tools.
   - Advanced SQL knowledge and experience in working with relational
   databases, as well as a variety of databases
   - Strong object-oriented programming experience in Python, Pyspark
   - Preferred Knowledge of Hadoop or Informatica
   - Have experience with Azure platform
