*SAP functional expert* responsible for supporting P2P interface projects
along with SAP production support tasks.  Works closely with key business
and technical personnel.



*Project deliverables* include requirements gathering, design, test,
implementation along with end-user training materials and SAP support
documentation.   This resource must be capable of working confidently with
speed and accuracy to identify and close requirement gaps, and provide
guidance to business partners thru the implementation lifecycle.  Ensures
integration within SAP and other technologies/systems and modules



*Production Support deliverables* include implementing procedures or
configuration changes with focus on standards, process simplification and
the value of integration. Troubleshoots and resolves interface issues.
Leads enhancement requests by formulating business process scope and
objectives for the SAP system. Analyzes and evaluates existing and proposed
solutions and recommends solutions for business challenges.  Responsible
for working with other technology and business resources to provide
solutions consistent with corporate strategic (technology) direction.
Ensures integration within SAP and other technologies/systems and modules.



*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*

•                      Perform highly complex and demanding tasks dealing
with analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of SAP P2P
solution and other project assignments.

•                      Perform P2P-related SAP configuration changes.

•             Provide second-level user support, to address and resolve
production issues with a sense of urgency.

•             Adhere to established testing and quality monitoring
procedures.

•             Ensure system configuration, enhancements and upgrades have
been thoroughly reviewed, tested, approved and communicated to the end-user
community prior to implementation.

•             Define and document scope and requirements of all new
development, as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills needed for this position:

•            Eight (8+) years functional experience with SAP P2P  (e.g.,
configuration, testing, master-data)  Other SAP modules experience a plus

•           Four (4) SAP full lifecycle implementations

•           Works effectively as part of a diverse team, as well as
independently

•           Analytical/problem-solving skills

•             Proactive and self-motivated

•           Effective communicator: technical writing, system
documentation, interpersonal (verbal and written)

•             SAP-MM & FI application knowledge and experience, both
functional and configuration

•             Expert knowledge of MM SAP database tables, including ,
structures, relationships, content

•             Hands-on IDoc management

•             Detail oriented

•             SAP production support experience



•             Financial operations processes and concepts, currency
revaluation & translation, document splitting, non-leading ledger,
substitutions / validations, functional area usage, financial close and
consolidations, intercompany processing, AP PO & Non PO Invoicing,
Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets Transactions, Month End Process
etc.

• Experience with ECC 6.0 FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-FA and associated submodule
integration

• Experience and knowledge in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Experience promoting changes to Production and associated methodology,
including writing and executing test plans

• Ability to troubleshoot errors with custom programs (ABAP, RFCs),
identify solution and write functional specifications

• Analytical team player, able to learn quickly, can prioritize and
multi-task

• Strong English verbal and written skills

• Strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive deliverables to
closure

• Self-starter and proactive, including managing deliverables, able to work
independently, understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance

• Experience in support in Finance Close
