*Title: DevSecOps Engineer* *Work Location: Columbia, MD* *Contract: 12+ Months* The DevSecOps team member will assist client technical leadership in assessing, defining, implementing and/or supporting the Enterprise DevSecOps program for client. This work entails assisting client components and their contractors who are entering (or migrating to) the client Cloud Hosting Platform, and may include assisting client customers with their IT projects from simple to large-scale, enterprise-level programs. - Assist in providing consultative solutions to help client components implement DevSecOps capabilities guided by CMS Best practices and governance. - To promote and encourage secure product development assist in CI/CD methodology and architecture define best practices to assist customer DevSecOps platforms - Support our customers achieving the benefits that DevSecOps can offer including: - Consult in design and implementation of DevSecOps platforms, demonstrate example frameworks and governance which covers areas such as integrating security into build automation, deployment automation, test automation, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures. - Promote DevSecOps culture within the client community: - Assist in driving adoption of tools and practices as the client transitions to DevSecOps - Experience and ability to act in a consultative capacity with client personnel in addition to applying technical skills - Application development experience - Experience in administration of one or more of the following: Windows, Linux, UNIX - Minimum 2 years Application security experience including AppSec concepts - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more security testing and functional testing tools, including Static Analysis and/or Dynamic Analysis - 2 years’ experience working in Agile methodologies and transformations, as well as E2E understanding of the SDLC - 3 years’ experience in configuration & Continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Maven, Ant, Git, Sonatype - AWS Certification (preferred) - Azure Certification (Preferred but not required) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
