Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration including workflows, flow · builder, UI / Screen designs, using configuration to meet the business requirements, SOQL & SOSL. Experienced in working on Service Cloud • Understand general direction, identifies technology challenges, provide recommendations and execute to deliver Salesforce technical architectures and · business solutions. • Ability to work directly and independently with business teams and drawing quick UI/UX wireframes for design validation and approval. • Experience or knowledge in various Salesforce.com API’s like SOAP, REST, BULK API and Streaming API. • Develop/Collaborate with the deployment scrum teams and other interconnected IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process including · deployment, monitoring and support. • Perform tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of Salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, · creation and maintenance of custom objects and field’s, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts etc • Ability to guide/mentor other developers and troubleshoot issues • Must have experience on Salesforce deployment process and DevSecOps tools like Change sets, ANT, Force.com IDE & Auto Rabit. • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile Methodologies. SAFe experience a plus • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Salesforce certification a must.
