3.   At least 10 Years as Scrum Master

· Responsible for reinforcing agile rules including POD capacity.
velocity. WIP. POD level quality

· Team facilitator continuously engaged in challenging old norms of
development to improve performance in the areas of qflow and velocity

· Facilitate team retrospective. Help team become better problem
solvers for themselves

· Facilitate team meetings. including Daily Stand-up. Iteration
planning. Iteration review. and iteration retrospective

· Supports Product Owner

· Actively addresses blocking issues so that the team can remain
focus on achieving the objectives of the iteration

· Promote agile quality practices

· Focusses on ever-improving team dynamics and performance

· Escalate people problems to management where necessary. but only
after internal team processes have failed to resolv(

· individuals and teams through personnel changes

· Helps protect team from uncontrolled expansion of work

· Guides the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps
the team understand how to estimate
