Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint
planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.

Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.

   - *Scrum Master with Product Owner Capabilities*
   - Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed
   - Participate in iteration/sprint planning meetings, Sprint review
   meetings and capture feedback and Sprint retrospection to note the areas of
   improvements and action items
   - Works as administrator of the Scrum / Kanban board
   - Report bi-weekly status with client project manager
   - Ensure that the team is adhering to the project scope and timelines
   - Ensures team adheres to sprint plan, identify risks and cost of the
   project, delivers the methodology and plan
   - Contributes to vision and program backlog
   - Owns team backlog and implementation
   - Defines iterations and stories. Accepts iteration increments.
   - Drives iteration goal and iteration content by prioritization
   - Establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into the
   baseline
   - Participate in team demo and sprint retrospection
   - Primary liaison between stakeholder and teams
   - Preparation and Participation in PI planning
