*Role: Senior Workday Analyst - 2 Position*

*Location: Chantilly, VA Office(Onsite)*

*Duration (6 Months – 1 Year) After this it is Contract to Hire*


*About the Job:*

The Senior HRIS Analyst, who in partnership with stakeholders, will
strategically design and deliver HR digital processes and solutions that
drive and sustain operational excellence. This position will be responsible
for designing, enhancing, implementing, and supporting various HCM-related
processes and solutions. Leads change initiatives and as one of our primary
support contacts for Workday, collaborates with internal and external
stakeholders to drive operational improvements that optimize service levels
and inform sound business decisions across the organization.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

   - Executes and develops implementation strategy for new requests
   including configuration, testing, documentation, change management and
   training of stakeholders.
   - Serves as a subject matter expert on Workday based upon functional
   areas or projects assigned providing continuous input on process
   improvement and elevated support.
   - Acts as one of the primary day-to-day contacts for Workday,
   proactively engaging with user inquiries, and providing excellent customer
   service.
   - Collaborates and partners across multiple departments and teams to
   understand business needs and to assess Workday configuration feasibility
   and impact to other business processes, reports, integrations, or security.
   - Demonstrates a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving,
   identifying opportunities for system improvement and driving initiatives
   without constant supervision.
   - Maintains confidentiality and security of data.



*Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:*

   - Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required.
   - At least five years of expert knowledge of Workday hands-on
   configuration and system administration experience required.
   - Strong working knowledge implementing and managing Workday HCM
   modules, Business Processes along with familiarity of Workday Reports, Calc
   fields and Security.
   - Must be analytical, proactive, and passionate about leveraging
   technology to build efficiencies.
   - Intermediate / Advanced experience using MS Excel.
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong
   presentation skills, with the ability to present to a wide variety of
   audiences.
   - Broad experience with the software development lifecycle, including
   identifying business requirements, crafting creative technical solutions,
   integrating, and implementing solutions, and providing system maintenance
   and support.
   - Experience in a healthcare organization is a plus.
   - Experience with Workday benefits, absence and payroll is a plus.
