Back spasms could sideline Guillon LEXINGTON, Ky. | The starting status of Alabama quarterback Marc Guillon could be a game-time decision, with backup Spencer Pennington an option to begin under center against Kentucky this morning. Alabama coach Mike Shula did not comment on the status of the Tide’s starting quarterback after Alabama’s walk-through at Commonwealth Stadium. Guillon did make the trip to Lexington, and did participate in the walk-through Friday afternoon. Guillon missed Thursday’s practice with what Shula called “a tight back", and Pennington got the majority of the reps.
