If that is acceptable to everyone, let us first deal with Point 1. Point 2 cannot be addressed without Point 1 being in place. So, seriously, who wants to actually take on the role of core developer? It is likely to be a time-consuming task. But there won’t be any impossible deadlines. The final product must simply be excellent and that cannot be achieved with undue pressure.
