Datapoint : starting from scratch (make distclean), a sage 6.6-beta1 built in *parallell* (export MAKE=make -j8) gives a lot of git-related errors (same error as the parent) when making ptestlong.; restarting from scrach and building *serially* (MAKE is not defined) gives a sage that passes al testlong. Something in the scripts might be fishy...
