This part of the log is pretty much uninformative. The real errors are 
higher in the log.

Leif sorry, I don't know what you mean :
Do I have to type your proc in a shell ?
At the moment I am trying to compile on an ubuntu session 15.10 to see if I 
got the same result.

the install logs live in the directory logs/ of your Sage installation. 
logs/install.log is the main log file, and logs/pkgs/ contains package logs.

I tried to compile it on another 15.10 session and it was bad too... Now I 
reinstalled completly a new clean ubuntu 15.10 and I am compiling it.
I think my ubuntu version was broken.
