Clicking on the British flag seems to make it worse! If you click straight
on the Sprinter button on the left it seems to be ok. Or you can use this
URL for the English version:

http://virtuals.atlant.ru/peters/e-sprinter.htm

To be honest... I couldn't find it either... I followed your directions, and
couldn't understand anything that was there (it was all in Russian). I
nosied around, couldn't find anything in English, looked at the pretty
picture, and moved on.

I did. I couldn't find anything until Ian pointed out what I was supposed to
be looking at...

I thought the point you were making was about its method of emulating a
speccy right?.. About having a card in the pc's isa?.. If thats not
what it said, I've obviously been eating too many winegums. I think I
got that from the "ISA" thing on the schematic... so its probably a bit
of a big leap thing... but I remember some mention of plug-into-pc sams
some while ago..

well, it interested me... perhaps people here should eat more winegums?

Normally I ignore people who just post URLs without saying why I should
go to them. You could have put a bit of info there, in particular
mentioning what I have to click on to get the info.

Normally I ignore people who just post URLs without saying why I should
go to them. You could have put a bit of info there, in particular
mentioning what I have to click on to get the info.

The URL above just says "under construction", and news says "No news
today". Most of the other buttons are in Russian, including the page
I get when I click on the Union Flag. (Well, not quite Russian -
the images are in Russian but the text claims to be in the charset
'windows-1251' which doesn't contain Cyrillic characters so it looks
like this: "ÁßàØÝà - ÕÞ ÔÞÜÐèÝØÙ ÚÞÜßîÕà").

I was about to give up when I happened to click on "Sprinter" and found
the thing you were presumably trying to direct us to.

Bit difficult to read but it appears to be a Z84C15-(what?)-based
computer with 4096K RAM, 128K ROM, a hard disk and so on, which is
Speccy-compatible.

So i guess that these are tapes, boxes ect. You can do a lot on the
internet, but teleporting is still not possible (and will NOT, never ever).

If it's not necessary to follow the sense of the thread then IMHO you
shouldn't have the quote there anyways ...

And if it is necessary the quote should be at the top.
