[Samba] PDC Domain Name Change
What are the repercusions, particularly with respect to XP Pro, for changing the domain name in Samba 3.0.9 PDC? Can I join a Samba PDC to a W2K domain with net rpc or is this a bad idea? [Samba] PDC domain name change
Hi, I need to change my PDC's domain name, but not the SID. I know how to do that, but my questions are: 1. Does it require restarting Samba 2. Will I have to rejoin all of my workstations? 3. Will it automatically show up in the browse list? Thanks for your insight. Google was not my friend.
