Uuhmmm what makes you think that you can't move jobs from one
queue to another when using CUPS? What are your exact requirements
when moving jobs?

sorry for jumping in, but the cups-1.2.1-1.7 (fc5) web interface does
allow you to move jobs from one queue to another.  i'm not sure what the
background commands are, but it can be done.
