Hello to all I have setup samba 3.0.31 as PDC successful with xp clients. Now I have a vista ultimate pc which I cannot join to the domain. The error message when I try to join to the domain is: The Domain is unavailable or the connection could not be established.
What I've done so far: Run secpol.msc --> Local Plicies-->Security Options -->Lan Manager authentication level-->changed it to: LM and NTLM- use NTLMV2 session security if negotiated. Had someone did the trick??
