Position : Lead ETL Developer with Hadoop Location : Wilmington, Delaware Duration : 6-12 Months *Need Local Candidates Only * *Required Skills and Experience:* - 10+ years of technical experience, hands-on development. - Lead technical design for the domain, working closely with engineers. - Work across engineering teams. - Strong data warehousing and OLTP system knowledge from database/ETL development perspective. - Strong Oracle database knowledge including database design, development (package, procedure, functions, indexes) - Database code (SQL and PLSQL) performance tuning skills - Datastage 8.1 knowledge required - Unix commands and shell scripting knowledge - Big Data – Hadoop, Hadoop Spark - NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Cassendra. - Strong database (Oracle) skills including database design, development (packages, functions, procedures) - Strong data warehousing and OLTP system knowledge from database/ETL development perspective. - Database code performance tuning skills required - Designing software modifications from supplied requirements and design specifications using agreed standards and tools, achieving well-engineered results that follow the agreed implementation level software architectures.
