They must be able to design and deliver complex applications in large systems. They must be familiar with the strategies, concepts, rationale, challenges, and best practices of all SDLC practices in large applications that service 2000+ users. Relevant experience must include architecture, design, development, testing, code optimization and tuning, strong background in process and system analysis, knowledge of Internet and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts, and familiarity with multiple development platforms including Java, XML, Relational Database, Candidates should have the ability to employ a strong customer focus with a demonstrated skill to work seamlessly with business sponsors and technologists. Ability to analyze, learn and apply rapidly changing technologies and apply them as part of integrated solutions to business requirements. Candidate must have excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
