This includes the Avaya switch software that defines service options (e.g. number of lines, long distance calling privileges, characteristics of call centers, voicemail options, etc.) Knowledge of telecommunications technology. Above average verbal and writing skills, poise, tact, diplomacy, self-confidence, ability to interpret and apply technical instructions and guidelines to job performance; extreme attention to details is essential.
