*Require deep subject-matter expertise of the Workforce Management (WFM) Domain including Budgeting, Scheduling, Labor Forecasting and Analytics.* *Must have: **Workforce Management (WFM) experience.* Job Description: Sr. Functional Analyst provides analysis and solution designs of the processes/systems impacted for each project assigned. Works directly with the business to ensure that solutions satisfy business needs, proper requirements are established, and solutions are created (via either in-house or external development) and implemented successfully. The Functional Analyst, Workforce Management (WFM – Kronos) will provide Subject Matter Expertise and guidance on projects from inception to delivery, while working with a team of Business Leaders, Business and technology Analysts, and Developers via matrix relationships. Ensure stakeholders, management and project managers are fully informed of project risks, team activities and project status. Research, identify and drive improvements to WFM solution and capability via new cross-team synergies, methods, and tools. Collaborate with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provide education on potential process and system solution options, and drive business/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities.
