*Responsibilities:*

Successfully plan and execute projects to agreed schedule, budget and
scope/requirements

Manage the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan,
execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g.
scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder
management

Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project/work stream remains
on track and in control

Plan for and manage change

Reports on progress and variances to the approved program/project baseline

Close the project to formalize acceptance of the project outcomes and
release project resources Interface and communicate with project team
management and stakeholders

Manage project work and resources to enable successful and timely
completion of the project/work stream

Perform appropriate quality processes

Delivery of project aligned to overall business and technology strategies
and architectures

Work within defined governance processes

Manage external contracts and suppliers where required

Develop objectives, phasing and content of the project/work stream to
deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescales

Manage to the objectives and plan by thorough risk, issue and change
management



*Skills: *

At least 7 years of professional experience as an SAP project / program
manager, preferably in a consulting company

Business processes and SAP expertise resulting from the successful
implementation of at least 3 major SAP projects

Excellent Change Management experience, Operational Change, Process
Improvement

Deep knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies

Projects,  Self starter with ability to learn quickly and adapt to company
ways of working.   Strong communication skills with ability to manage
virtual teams.   Adaptability of management style to deal with different
cultures, backgrounds and ways of working.   Strong knowledge of supply
chain management, SAP terms, modules and operations.  Experience managing
projects with Sr. Resources and be able to motivate, and earn the respect of
the team.   Experience and background in dealing with interfaces between
systems.

EDUCATION
Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related business degree
