*Must Haves:*8 years minimum of development with Microsoft Core development
technologies
Knowledge of ASP.NET
Not just stored – ALM process
Experience with MS SQL Server, PDF, XML, HTML, C #, CSS, Javascript and MVC
Minimum 5 years of SharePoint development experience:
Front-end: Creating CSS templates, Master Pages and working with overall
site architecture. Configuring Web Part features on SharePoint Sites.
Ability to port site to mobile version (responsive design experience)
Back-end development: Creating multiple print views in PDF/XML format and
search/filter information using meta tags. Working with out of the box and
workflows. Proficiency in SQL Database and Report Development.
Understanding of CSOM & Rest APIs

*Desired Skills:*
ASP.NET programming experience a plus
Component Content Management experience is a plus
Experience creating personalization sites, customized workflows, and MS
Performance Point a plus
SharePoint Authorization and Authentication
Solid understand of SharePoint Site Collections and administration

*Description:* They are bringing in 2 developers to replace legacy CMS with
SharePoint. Agile environment (scrum), infrastructure phase will be coming
to an end and these people will be involved in the discussions of business.
They will be providing services in planning, developing and deploying
enterprise level SharePoint solutions. Provide development services in
SharePoint Server 2013 to include imaging, document management, automated
workflow, collaboration, messaging, and content management. This person
will be involved with business requirements (collaborating with business
team, QA, system analyst) then coding & providing implementations.

*Responsibilities:*
Develop and assist technical writers with software documentation such as
design documents, version description documents and user manuals.
Collaborate with technical staff to understand and develop resolutions to
software issues.
Complies with architecture standards.
Participates in application level architecture.
Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development
efforts.
Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple
platforms.
Participates in architectural design review.
Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional
initiatives
May provide guidance and training to enable other team members to
meet/exceed expectations
Displays a full understanding of the software development process including
analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and
planning.
May have applications/ technology knowledge and expertise in one or a few
areas.
Provides technical leadership to junior team members and small groups on
multiple moderately complex projects
Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.
Responsible for supporting implementation of moderate-scope projects or
major initiatives.
Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.
