*Location : *Princeton NJ *Duration :* Fulltime *Looking for GC's or Citizen* · Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in software development. · Manages a team of software engineers that architect and design enterprise software products. · Writes product requirement documents, implements and tracks development timelines, and negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product teams. · Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. · Reports to CTO *Background requirements:* · We are seeking fit with the team and attitude more than experience with any specific technology or domain · Working in a small very high tech start up (part of large global IT Organization).
