• Hands on Java/J2EE, Blue Martini specialist or DemandWare
commerce specialist.

• Strong communications skill, ability to communicate with business
understand the requirement and cascade the same to offshore team.

• Ability to work independently on the application

• Also flexible to work with onsite-offshore modal, as a Support
Lead

• Ability to handle customer queries for critical tickets

• Review offshore design and provide direction to the
implementation.

• Atleast 7 years of overall experience including 1 year of Blue
Martini/Demandware experience in Ecommerce domain is preferable.
