Job Description: Description: We are immediately looking for a Senior/Lead UX Designer that can serve as a User Experience Strategist (UXS) to join our rapidly growing, highly collaborative, business unit to facilitate high-level discussions with project stakeholders about the finer points of user experience and service solution design. Responsibilities: • The UXS uses consumer insights gathered from research, psychology, and UX best practices, takes a consumer-centric approach to helping an organization make strategic decisions. • The UXS is responsible for shaping and communicating UL's user experience strategies and design, often serving as the team advisor responsible for defining the overall UX vision throughout UL. Additional Responsibilities: • Define the UX vision. • Create UX strategies. • Work with vendors to align and translate deliverables to business plans. • Works with business units to build relationships that help the UX design effort succeed. • Analyze quantitative and qualitative user research. • Synthesize customer data from many sources to identify opportunities and recommend design directions. • Identify user requirements to shape and prioritize feature sets. • Connect design strategy to business results. • Produce a UX roadmap.
