•The incumbent should be proficient using Microsoft Visual Studio and
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to develop code and projects. The
incumbent must also have experience working with ASP.net, VB.net, C#,
JavaScript, XML, SQL Server Databases, SSIS, SSRS, Web Services, IIS, HTML,
Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports. Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and
SharePoint is also required for this position.

•Experience developing analytical databases using SQL Server Analysis
Services.

•Experience developing relational databases using SQL Server.

•Experience developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.

•Ability to present ideas (including complex data) to a varied audience
effectively, both orally and in writing.

•Ability to learn and develop expertise in proprietary software and
agency database systems.

•Ability to balance work between multiple projects and possess good
organizational skills.

•Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, and
as a member of a team.

•Candidates with experience working for Commonwealth of PA or any other
state government agencies are preferred.

· Must be an expert in CSS3, bootstrap and any other similar

· Advanced knowledge in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript

· Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile (XP)

· Follow best practices with client-side Angular code

· Be able to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules
and components

· Ability to perform unit testing

· Be proficient in TypeScript development

· Knowledge and experience with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards
and guidelines

· Experience with accessibility audit and quality assurance tools
and processes.

· Experience working in Agile environment
